• Conduct approximately 40–50 outbound calls daily • Work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours if successful • Cover multiple time zones, including Australian, London, and US markets • Utilize provided dialer software and CRM systems • Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions • Focus on companies in post-feasibility study stage (for mining sector) • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the mining, biotech, and IT sectors • Navigate through gatekeepers to reach CEOs and managing directors • Schedule appointments for the managing director with qualified prospects • Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set • Achieve weekly targets for appointments booked (aim for 10 meetings per week) • Adapt communication style to suit different international markets • Provide basic information about the company's services to interested parties
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), both verbal and written • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner • Experience in B2B appointment setting or sales (preferred) • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Basic understanding of CRM systems and appointment scheduling software • Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively • Familiarity with international business etiquette (preferred) • Understanding of corporate finance and advisory services (a plus)
