📋 Description

• Identify prospects, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and app developers to expand the client portfolio. • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with UA teams, media buyers, networks, DSPs, affiliates, and other ecosystem players. • Research market trends and competitive activity to uncover new growth opportunities. • Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate commercial terms with prospects. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization. • Manage a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals. • Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events to stay updated on mobile marketing trends. • Offer strategic feedback to enhance product features, positioning, and client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within digital marketing, mobile advertising, or app performance marketing. • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem: UA channels, attribution tools, ad networks, CPI/CPA/CPM models, retention metrics, SDK fundamentals, etc. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage revenue-generating relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign, performance, or market data. • Highly self-motivated, independent, and effective in a remote-first environment. • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
