📋 Description

• Manage daily Pipedrive operations including lead entry, deal creation, and contact database maintenance • Process multi-stakeholder email integrations by systematically adding designers, construction directors, project managers, and site supervisors to the CRM • Build and configure automated email sequences for post-pitch follow-ups and client nurturing campaigns • Create custom workflows and automations within Pipedrive to streamline sales processes • Provide rapid-response CRM support to sales and business development teams during core hours • Optimize existing CRM processes and proactively suggest efficiency improvements • Set up triggered sequences that sales team members can activate after client pitches • Maintain data accuracy and ensure all contacts receive appropriate marketing communications • Support the company’s aggressive growth plans through strategic CRM management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM platform • Strong track record setting up automations, sequences, and workflows in CRM systems • Experience in B2B environments, bonus if construction or related industries • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Highly responsive communication style for urgent requests during UK business hours • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales teams • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process optimization • It helps if you have experience with email marketing integrations and lead nurturing campaigns.
