📋 Description
• Build and establish foundational finance department systems and processes from scratch • Manage QuickBooks bookkeeping for complex multi-platform ecommerce operations • Create and maintain profit and loss statements and cost of goods sold calculations • Develop cash flow predictions and financial forecasting models • Process and reconcile intricate ecommerce fees including Amazon FBA, fulfillment, inbound placement, return, and advertising costs • Maintain accurate financial records across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Squarespace platforms • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions • Ensure precision in fee allocations and reconciliations across all sales channels
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in ecommerce bookkeeping, specifically with Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify/Squarespace platforms • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks with demonstrated expertise • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for financial modeling • Deep understanding of complex ecommerce fee structures and platform-specific requirements • Ability to work independently and build comprehensive systems without extensive supervision • Professional-level expertise that requires minimal training or hand-holding • Bonus if you have experience with multi-platform ecommerce operations and scaling businesses • It helps if you’re familiar with grocery/food product ecommerce or beauty supplement industries.
