• Build and configure complex automation workflows in GoHighLevel for multiple client accounts • Set up and maintain HubSpot automation systems for internal operations and client partnerships • Execute SMS marketing campaigns and automated messaging sequences across platforms • Create ticketing systems and internal alert mechanisms to streamline operations • Integrate forms with automation platforms ensuring seamless data flow and lead capture • Monitor existing workflows for bugs, performance issues, and optimization opportunities • Troubleshoot technical problems and make real-time adjustments to maintain system reliability • Follow detailed SOPs and instructions while bringing your expertise to improve processes • Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization recommendations for automation systems
• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform and its automation capabilities • Strong proficiency in HubSpot workflows, automation, and integration management • Experience with SMS marketing automation and multi-channel campaign execution • Knowledge of form integrations, data flow management, and lead routing systems • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail for identifying automation issues • Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions and SOPs • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication • Bonus if you have experience with local SEO tools or agency environments
