• Lead complete platform migration from Circle to GoHighLevel, including all technical setup and configuration • Implement creative workarounds for two-tier membership structures and event management systems • Configure RSVP limits, coupon codes, and affiliate program functionality within GoHighLevel • Edit and produce videos for YouTube channel featuring local business owner interviews • Manage YouTube channel optimization including uploads, descriptions, and SEO • Schedule and coordinate video interview appointments with local business owners • Create and manage platform integrations and marketing automations • Support Baltimore Guidebook project development and digital marketing initiatives • Provide ongoing platform maintenance and optimization as the business scales
• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform, integrations, and automation setup • Technical problem-solving skills for implementing platform workarounds and custom solutions • Video editing experience and familiarity with YouTube channel management • Understanding of membership-based business models and event management systems • Strong communication skills for collaborative work during overlap hours • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects • Bonus if you have content creation experience or digital marketing background
• Flexible anytime • 2-hour daily overlap 7-9 AM Eastern Time with remaining hours flexible
