• Book 5+ qualified estimates/month for clients through a mix of outbound prospecting, fast inbound response, and disciplined CRM operations. • Support marketing operations by posting pre-made content, managing reputation, and ensuring reporting compliance. • Monitor HubSpot forms & live chat in real time. • Return calls within 10 minutes during business hours. • Qualify leads and book estimates directly on the calendar. • Load lead lists and send cold emails daily. • Execute a structured call cadence: 100 attempts over 10 business days. • Nurture prospects and convert them into qualified booked estimates. • Create/merge contacts in HubSpot and maintain CRM hygiene. • Post pre-made content to Google Business Profile 1–2× per week.
• Sales or appointment setting experience is a must. • Inbound and Outbound call experience required • Background in real estate or property management is a strong plus. • Excellent spoken English (clear voice, near-native fluency required). • Strong phone presence with sales confidence. • HubSpot CRM experience preferred. • Disciplined note-taking and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). • (Preferred) Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and WordPress CMS.
