📋 Description

• Configure and optimize Salesforce workflows to replace 9-10 existing spreadsheet processes • Establish comprehensive role-based access control (RBAC) systems for multi-location operations • Implement HIPAA-compliant Salesforce solutions with proper data security protocols • Set up automated workflows and business processes to support rapid organizational growth • Collaborate with consulting team to ensure seamless system integration and user adoption • Provide ongoing system maintenance and optimization as the organization scales • Support the transition from disparate systems to a unified Salesforce platform • Document processes and train end users on new system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce administration and configuration • Proven ability to set up workflows, automation, and role-based access controls • Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare data security • Experience with system migrations and process optimization • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams • Bonus if you have healthcare industry experience or Salesforce Health Cloud knowledge • It helps if you’re familiar with behavioral health or clinical workflows
