📋 Description
• Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding • Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring • Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics • Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses • Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation • Partner with internal teams and external advisors
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, consulting, or financing • Strong commercial real estate knowledge; advanced Excel modelling • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to high performance
