• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making. • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes. • Collaborate across time zones with US-based business, sales and operations teams, as well as Product, DS, Engineering teams in Vietnam. • Maintain and enhance data pipelines, SQL scripts, and BI infrastructure for reliability and scalability. • Translate data into clear, actionable insights through concise and visual storytelling. • Strengthen the analytics culture by sharing best practices and improving workflow efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• A proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful, actionable insights. • MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE THE CLIENT'S ASSESSMENT • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and automation. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams. • Comfortable working independently, with clear and consistent communication. • Experience in banking, fintech, collections is highly advantageous. • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality.
