📋 Description
• Review tax returns prepared by junior staff for accuracy and compliance • Ensure strict adherence to US tax code and IRS regulations • Provide guidance and corrections on complex tax situations • Maintain quality control standards across all tax preparation work • Identify and resolve tax-related issues prior to filing • Mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback on their work • Handle complex tax scenarios requiring advanced knowledge • Ensure all client filings meet professional standards and deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of US tax code and IRS regulations • Proven experience reviewing and supervising tax preparation work • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex tax situations • Ability to identify errors and provide clear, constructive feedback • Previous experience in tax accounting or CPA firm environment • Deep understanding of compliance requirements and filing procedures • Bonus: CPA certification or equivalent advanced credentials • Helpful but not required: experience training or mentoring junior staff
