📋 Description

• Oversee the preparation and filing of complex federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. • Utilize Intuit ProConnect Tax Software for all preparation and filing tasks. • Ensure rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards. • Perform regular internal audits to maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Develop and implement effective, high-level tax minimization strategies for clients. • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of tax preparation professionals. • Set clear performance expectations and continuously monitor team productivity and quality. • Serve as the primary point of contact for a large, complex portfolio of key client accounts. • Maintain effective, proactive communication with a diverse client base. • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of financial reporting and client interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification is required. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in U.S. accounting, with a strong emphasis on tax preparation and compliance. • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software - preferred but not required. • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
