📋 Description

• Conduct detailed assessments of client organizations to ensure compliance with social accountability standards • Evaluate working conditions, labor practices, and corporate social responsibility initiatives • Conduct on-site assessments, prepare reports, and make certification recommendations • Promote BSI's solutions to help clients improve business performance and manage risk effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• APSCA-registered CSCA Level 3 qualification in good standing • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human resources, labor relations, or a related field • Training in SA8000 and experience with Sedex SMETA, RBA, WRAP, or similar standards • At least 2 years of conducting social accountability audits and 3–5 years in auditing, HR, compliance, or corporate social responsibility. • Strong understanding of Canadian labor laws, human rights principles, and international labor standards. • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
