• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. • Provide expert advice on luxury destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. • Design customised luxury travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and other services. • Make reservations and bookings through various travel suppliers and booking systems. • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all booking processes. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from initial enquiry to post-trip follow-up. • Handle client enquiries, requests, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. • Maintain strong client relationships and foster repeat business. • Proactively generate leads and build a strong client base. • Promote luxury travel packages and services through various marketing channels, including social media and networking. • Meet and exceed sales targets. • Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations. • Manage client files and documentation, promptly and accurately. • Process payments and handle financial transactions securely and promptly. • Update and manage reports as necessary.
• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a related sales or travel industry role. • Established client base is desirable but not essential. • Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Strong computer skills. • Knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services. • Understanding of travel regulations and documentation requirements. • Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences. • Self-motivated and results oriented. • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule. • Strong attention to detail.
