📋 Description

• Responsible for the auditing and monitoring of the 340B Drug Discount Program for compliance with federal requirements/guidelines • Complete and document audits as outlined in the 340B policies and procedures • Collaborate with other 340B staff to perform specialized audits/projects as required • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of all 340B-eligible locations to verify adherence with the 340B Program guidelines and policies • Upload data and monitor data upload process for software systems and tools daily • Assist with creating, refining, and executing 340B audits as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required or; 1-2 years – progressive hospital or healthcare system pharmacy or healthcare auditing or healthcare business experience preferred • Healthcare system knowledge base/skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to quickly learn technical systems such as EMR systems, retail pharmacy systems, and/or 340B software systems • Ability to work in a complex team environment and to collaborate with peers to complete required work • Strong interest in pharmacy practice advancement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communication style that is open and fosters trust, credibility and understanding.
