📋 Description
• Assist the supervisor of an engagement wherever possible • Delegate appropriate level of work to staff and communicate such to the engagement supervisor • Acquire skills necessary to develop client relationships • Prepare complex tax returns including corporations, partnerships, individuals • Review basic tax returns and extensions • Provide complex tax research • Prepare Canadian related returns • Train and supervise staff accountants in tax preparation

• Experienced tax accountants • Ability to prepare more complex tax returns (including international tax) • Delegate appropriate level of work to staff • Communicate effectively with engagement supervisor • Acquire skills for developing client relationships • Tax research proficiency • Training and supervising staff accountants in tax preparation
