📋 Description

• Design and implement optimal solutions to meet business needs, focusing on quality, member experience, and sharing best practices • Enhance and evolve existing solutions • Work with rules, business terms, and Long-Term Incentive concepts • Develop platforms for clients and partners • Build operational solutions for business teams • Troubleshoot issues related to the digital structuring of Long-Term Incentives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, or Information Systems • Advanced Java • Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Security, Data (Batch and Transactional), and Cloud • Cloud architecture (AWS) • Knowledge of Kubernetes • Streaming and messaging solutions: RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, and SNS • Relational and non-relational databases • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins • Technical English • Agile methodology • Strong code quality practices: SOLID and Clean Code • Programming logic and problem-solving skills • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems • Availability to work 100% on-site at Faria Lima, São Paulo
