📋 Description

• Identify high-value AI use cases grounded in real client workflows • Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, and integration platforms • Take prototypes through to production-grade tools in enterprise environments • Build and maintain internal BTS AI tools and workflows through the Customer Zero program • Design and implement agentic systems, MCP server integrations, RAG pipelines, and custom enterprise tooling • Facilitate hands-on AI training for technical and commercial audiences • Lead workshops that produce working AI prototypes • Develop workshops and simulations covering prompt engineering, agentic workflows, responsible AI use, and AI-augmented decision-making • Deliver sessions to senior partners and consultants at major professional services firms • Create demonstrations and interactive experiences for non-technical leaders • Design AI adoption strategies tied to revenue growth, cost transformation, workforce productivity, and capability building • Conduct AI readiness diagnostics and workflow assessments • Develop frameworks to measure AI adoption impact on P&L, productivity, and capability development • Support proposals, client pitches, and go-to-market strategy • Evaluate emerging models, tools, and architectural patterns and contribute to BTS’s applied AI point of view

🎯 Requirements

• Strong in at least one of building, teaching, or consulting, with genuine aptitude for the others • Builder profile: fluency in Python, comfort with LLM APIs, and experience shipping software used by real people • Builder profile: ability to engage with clients and translate technical work into language a CFO understands • Builder profile: interest in business problems, and experience leading workshops, presenting to stakeholders, or training colleagues • Consultant profile: experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing technology roles • Consultant profile: understanding of how large enterprises buy, adopt, and resist change • Consultant profile: ability to design workshops, facilitate senior leaders, and write compelling proposals • Consultant profile: experience building prototypes and writing code • Understanding of how AI systems are constructed • Ability to keep up with the rapidly changing AI landscape • Workflow-oriented approach to AI adoption and behavior change • Comfort with ambiguity • Willingness to advocate for approaches while changing opinions based on evidence
