📋 Description

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. • Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience. • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization. • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve user retention, and make informed product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management. • Industry Background: Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products). • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with our global and cross-functional teams. • Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics. • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
