📋 Description

• Provide technical customer support • Conduct regular coordination and provide technical support for key customers • Coordinate and process customer inquiries • Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests and complaints • Maintain customer-specific action-tracking lists • Coordinate regularly with the operational Customer Service team • Prepare customer-specific after-sales offers • Proactively sell product upgrades and spare-parts packages • Coordinate discontinued parts internally and externally, including last orders • Regularly analyze products against the competition • Provide sales materials for quotations and customer presentations • Develop product requirements, including feasibility studies and the preparation of specifications • Define and manage recommended spare-parts lists, spare-parts concepts, and maintenance concepts • Evaluate customer feedback and propose product improvements • Develop aviation regulatory user and training concepts • Prepare the basis for product costing • Create newsletters and customer surveys • Visit customers, trade fairs, and congresses • Maintain proactive communication with customers and partners • Provide sales support for quotations covering complete equipment packages and public tenders • Support customer workshops • Prepare analyses and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training and a solid understanding of business administration • Experience in customer service and product management • Independent, goal-oriented working style • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and open personality • Business-fluent in German and English • Industry-specific product knowledge in aviation is desirable • Experience in aviation technology is an advantage
