🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in candidate management and employee recruitment • Knowledge of processes and their interrelationships throughout the entire employee lifecycle • Strong service and customer orientation • Independent, quality-focused way of working • Preferably, proficiency with standard IT systems • Excellent written and spoken German • Career changers are welcome; prior knowledge is not required
