• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) • Use saved replies and automated messaging tools to ensure consistent and accurate communication • Handle guest requests and issues related to check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth guest experience • Update and maintain accurate booking information across multiple platforms • Monitor and process cancellations, modifications, and failed payments • Ensure timely and accurate communication of reservation details to guests • Liaise with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure apartments are ready for guest arrivals • Update internal systems with special requests and guest information • Assist with other administrative or operational tasks during non-communication shifts • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification • Background in customer service, preferably in hospitality, short-stay accommodation, or property management • Confident in using tools like Excel, Word, Gmail, OneDrive, and WhatsApp • Experience with Guesty, Airbnb, or Booking.com platforms is highly regarded • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable, accountable, and able to manage your time and workload independently • Able to identify issues quickly, think critically, and propose practical solutions • Comfortable working with new systems, procedures, and team members
