📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native • Own mobile architecture decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Integrate and maintain secure connections to APIs and third-party services • Uphold high standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation • Implement secure coding practices suitable for fintech applications • Identify and resolve performance and stability issues • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Contribute to technical planning, estimations, and roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong React Native expertise • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript • Deep understanding of React patterns, hooks, and state management • Strong experience integrating APIs and managing complex async workflows • Solid knowledge of mobile performance optimisation and debugging • Experience working with secure or regulated systems • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
