• Actively develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the data pipeline, including bug fixes and adaptations to upstream changes, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and integrity. • Support and enhance the existing Looker code base using LookML. • Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all data infrastructure, pipelines, and data flows. • Coordinate with third-party providers for data access, ingestion, and transmission. • Work closely with the Operations team to provide deep analytical insights into supply-side performance, operational efficiency, and service availability. • Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Looker and other analytics tools to support operational decision-making. • Analyse trends, bottlenecks, and performance drivers to inform process improvements. • Lead customer segmentation and persona development to identify high-value user cohorts and behavioural trends. • Conduct churn analysis and collaborate with retention teams to support initiatives that increase customer lifetime value. • Produce topline revenue reports and generate timely, actionable insights to support strategic and marketing decisions. • Serve as the internal data champion, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. • Drive the development and maintenance of self-serve dashboards and reporting tools that empower stakeholders. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, elevating analytical and technical capability across the team.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role. • Highly independent with the ability to assess and challenge stakeholder requirements and determine optimal solutions. • Strong understanding of data security, governance principles, and best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed or remote environment. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, LookML, GCP/BigQuery, and hands-on experience coding in Looker or similar BI tools. • Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL principles, and modern data architecture. • Experience with the dbt framework and environment setup is a strong advantage. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and present findings clearly and persuasively.
