📋 Description

• Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels • Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content • Lead and mentor a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors • Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content with in-house teams and external creators • Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data and develop creative iterations • Build winning frameworks and maintain a library of high-performing angles, hooks, and creative approaches • Shape creative strategy across the US Social Casino portfolio as a maternity-cover Creative Strategist Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in-house team with measurable results • Deep UGC and influencer expertise as performance levers • Strong scriptwriting skills and ability to shape video content from concept to final cut • Fluency with CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves • Team leadership experience and autonomy to operate without constant oversight • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving briefs and constant iteration • Skills, drive, and ideas valued over background or educational path
