📋 Description

• Define and manage the CRM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall customer engagement strategies • Build, test, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns and scenarios using Bloomreach • Partner with CRM, marketing, and commercial teams to translate lifecycle strategies into scalable product solutions • Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations, oversee data flows, and troubleshoot issues at the API level • Use performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for continuous product improvements • Balance commercial priorities, user experience, and technical feasibility across stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Bloomreach (campaign setup, scenario building, integration with third-party tools) • 5+ years in technical CRM product management or closely related roles • Strong technical foundation: confident working with APIs, data flows, troubleshooting, and campaign logic • Background in data-rich, real-time industries (e.g., digital, e-commerce, gaming, or similar) • Solid understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and personalization • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
