📋 Description

• Leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure that customers have a great experience implementing our products • Working alongside our Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations • Collaborating with other Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables • Designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation • Providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self service configurations • Reporting regular progress to the project team with regard to the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations , and other initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of 1 to 2 years managing SaaS client implementations • Success working in a fast paced environment • Ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to both the technical and non-technical individuals • Previous consulting experience (Bonus points for…) • Experience in the Staffing industry, focusing on recruiting solutions (Bonus points for…) • Knowledge of Bullhorn’s suite of products (Bonus points for…) • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience (Bonus points for…) • German language skills (Bonus points for…)
