âą Conduct candidate screening calls for finance and financial modeling roles. âą Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. âą Coordinate interviews across India, South Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. âą Keep candidates engaged and informed. âą Track candidate status, notes, next steps, and follow-ups in the ATS. âą Help manage take-home exercise logistics and interview scheduling. âą Work closely with the U.S.-based client team to keep the recruiting process organized. âą Help improve recruiting operations, process flow, and candidate experience.
âą Experience in recruiting finance professionals. âą Strong understanding of finance roles, including investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, credit, debt, quant, and valuation. âą Excellent spoken and written English. âą Very strong communication skills and professional presence. âą Highly reliable and organized. âą Able to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline. âą Comfortable working across multiple time zones. âą Experience with an ATS or recruiting CRM. âą Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
