📋 Description

• Conduct candidate screening calls for finance and financial modeling roles. • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate interviews across India, South Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. • Keep candidates engaged and informed. • Track candidate status, notes, next steps, and follow-ups in the ATS. • Help manage take-home exercise logistics and interview scheduling. • Work closely with the U.S.-based client team to keep the recruiting process organized. • Help improve recruiting operations, process flow, and candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting finance professionals. • Strong understanding of finance roles, including investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, credit, debt, quant, and valuation. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Very strong communication skills and professional presence. • Highly reliable and organized. • Able to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline. • Comfortable working across multiple time zones. • Experience with an ATS or recruiting CRM. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
