📋 Description

• Review and assess existing codebases (often AI-generated or founder-built) • Identify bugs, structural issues, and technical risks • Refactor and stabilize applications for production use • Improve performance, structure, and maintainability • Fill gaps in core functionality (auth, payments, backend logic) • Implement lightweight QA / testing where needed • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and project leads • Work across multiple projects as priorities shift

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience • Strong experience working in messy / inherited codebases • Comfortable operating without full documentation • Proven ability to take products from MVP → stable product • Practical, solution-oriented mindset (not theoretical) • Strong communication and team collaboration • Comfortable in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments • Python (FastAPI, Django) - preferred • Node.js / TypeScript • React / Next.js • Firebase, Supabase, or similar • APIs & modern web architectures • Fractional, hourly
