📋 Description

• Design and build agents that automate real fund-operations workflows • Own agents from prototype through production and post-launch operation • Integrate agents with services, data models, and authorization systems • Build evaluation layers with real-document test cases, expected outputs, CI regression suites, human review, and end-to-end success criteria • Improve agent accuracy, latency, and cost • Own AI application architecture, including orchestration, multi-agent design, tool contracts, memory, RAG, MCP, guardrails, approvals, and human-in-the-loop controls • Run production deployments with versioned and feature-flagged rollouts, rate limits, provider fallback, EU regional failover, and observability • Consolidate document parsing and extraction into the AI Platform team • Create shared evaluation and observability capabilities for other teams • Establish engineering patterns and collaborate with DevX • Mentor engineers across teams on agent and LLM practices • Review the MCP offering and ship it to first customers within the first 90 days • Establish shared AI workload observability covering token usage, estimated cost, latency, failures, and retries • Publish v1 agent patterns and gain adoption by at least one team outside AI Platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software • At least one agent or LLM-powered capability taken end to end and still owned after launch • Real depth in orchestration and context engineering, including tool contracts, memory, RAG, and multi-agent design • Experience with Mastra, ai-sdk, LangGraph or similar • Experience integrating agents into a real product and its authorization model • Ability to make non-deterministic systems measurable using real-data test cases, regression suites, and human review • Production experience reading traces, diagnosing failure modes, tuning cost and latency, and handling provider rate limits and fallback • Experience with TypeScript and/or Python • Platform mindset and experience building for other engineers • Experience in fintech, private markets, or another regulated, document-heavy domain is a plus • Experience working under EU data-residency constraints is a plus
