• Schedule appointments • Use simple outreach strategies to generate appointments and reach customers • Conduct brief initial conversations, qualify prospects and pass them on when a fit is identified • Work with pre-qualified leads: every day you receive freshly qualified contacts directly into your CRM
• Experience in new customer acquisition – ideally with proven success in B2B sales • Demonstrable success in pre-qualifying and contacting potential customers • Strong communication skills – persuasive, confident in presentation, and negotiation-capable • Motivation & goal orientation – a strong drive to achieve significant results • Independent and structured working style – able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Team player – while working autonomously, you are a valuable member of our sales team • Comfortable using CRM systems and common Office tools is an advantage
