⢠Planning, coordination and quality assurance of complex proposals and tenders, ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality requirements ⢠Operational coordination of a cross-functional bid team, including task management and controlling ⢠Preparation and reconciliation of bid calculations (P&L) and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines ⢠Responsibility for bid processes including approvals, bid tracking and post-submission follow-up ⢠Preparation of reports, presentations and decision documents for customers and internal stakeholders ⢠Handling customer inquiries in close coordination with account management and specialist departments ⢠Contributing to the optimization and further development of sales processes
⢠University degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification with professional experience ⢠Professional experience in bid management or a comparable role is desirable ⢠Very good knowledge of MS Office ⢠Knowledge of financial services and/or digital products is an advantage ⢠Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working ⢠Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high degree of customer and service orientation ⢠Strong understanding of controlling and business-minded thinking, as well as high trustworthiness and resilience
