⢠Install and configure hardware, operating systems and networks ⢠Troubleshoot faults on technology-enabled customer systems ⢠Plan, configure, set up and test IT systems ⢠Integrate hardware and software components into complex IT systems ⢠Advise users on the selection and use of devices ⢠Isolate and resolve incidents using expert and diagnostic systems ⢠Create system documentation and deliver user training ⢠Act as first point of contact for external customers regarding service requests, maintenance and troubleshooting ⢠Contribute to the development of optimized services for new challenges ⢠Support complex IT systems, such as production control systems
⢠At least a secondary school diploma (e.g., Realschulabschluss/MSA) with good grades in mathematics and ideally computer science ⢠Curiosity and interest in information technology ⢠Structured and analytical thinking skills ⢠Commitment, quick comprehension and strong communication skills
