📋 Description

• Install and configure hardware, operating systems and networks • Troubleshoot faults on technology-enabled customer systems • Plan, configure, set up and test IT systems • Integrate hardware and software components into complex IT systems • Advise users on the selection and use of devices • Isolate and resolve incidents using expert and diagnostic systems • Create system documentation and deliver user training • Act as first point of contact for external customers regarding service requests, maintenance and troubleshooting • Contribute to the development of optimized services for new challenges • Support complex IT systems, such as production control systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least a secondary school diploma (e.g., Realschulabschluss/MSA) with good grades in mathematics and ideally computer science • Curiosity and interest in information technology • Structured and analytical thinking skills • Commitment, quick comprehension and strong communication skills
