📋 Description

• Technical and commercial overall responsibility for complex machine engineering development projects • Planning, coordination and control of projects, taking into account schedule, budget and quality • Identification, assessment and management of project risks • Monitoring project progress, internal collaboration and external supplier management • Point of contact for hardware and software architecture and close cooperation with development teams • Formation and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams • Preparation and maintenance of project documentation and regular reporting on project status

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent) • Extensive professional experience in leading development projects in plant and machine engineering • Deep understanding of processes in mechanical and electrical design as well as software development, assembly and commissioning • Familiarity with common project management methods and sound knowledge of risk and requirements management • Ability to analyze and evaluate technical challenges and assess technical architecture • Independent, structured and methodical working style • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • German language skills at least at C1 level and confident in technical and business contexts
