📋 Description

• Mastering development within Storyline 360, the industry-leading digital learning authoring tool, to set new standards of what’s possible both technically and creatively. • Building fully gamified training experiences in game engines for new and existing clients, and getting them working seamlessly within Storyline 360. • Collaborating with the rest of our team to stretch the possibilities of what’s possible within learning gamification within Bundle and client projects. • Developing gamified, interactive learning experiences using Unity and other game-development tools that can be integrated into eLearning platforms. • Developing custom code using JavaScript, WebGL, Three.js and other tools to create advanced learning experiences and simulations tailored to our clients' needs. • Developing and manipulating 3D models to create immersive learning experiences of our clients' working environments. • Supporting the export and delivery of files for clients to upload to their Learning Management Systems (LMS).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Unity development skills and experience creating interactive, gamified experiences. • Strong understanding of C# and object-oriented programming principles. • Experience creating and optimizing shaders using Unity Shader Graph or HLSL. • Strong understanding of Unity rendering pipeline. • Experience in profiling and optimizing Unity projects for low-end or constrained hardware. • A willingness and enthusiasm to also work extensively with Storyline 360 (training provided), and to learn new technologies (ideally with evidence of having done so). • A creative, problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically about game design. • Strong project management, communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver on time and on budget. • A passion for learning and a friendly, enthusiastic and trustworthy approach when dealing with clients and colleagues. • Solid Git/Version control knowledge to ensure a seamless handover between NZ and UK teams. • Flexibility in working hours to connect with our UK-based team and international clients.
