📋 Description
• Contribute to the architectural design process through to construction documentation (service phases 1–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit • Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities • Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific models • Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the established BIM workflow
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or vocational training as a draughtsperson (Bauzeichner) with specialization in BIM modelling in Revit • Several years of professional experience in design (service phases 3–5 per HOAI); experience in renovation planning is desirable • Confident user of BIM-oriented CAD software, especially Autodesk Revit • Strong analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
