📋 Description
• Participate in the architectural design process through to construction documentation (work phases LP1–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit • Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities • Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific (specialist) models • Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or vocational training as a technical draftsperson (m/f/d) with a specialization in BIM modeling in Revit • Several years of professional experience in design (work phases 3–5 according to HOAI); experience in renovation planning is desirable • Confident user of BIM-oriented CAD programs, particularly Autodesk Revit • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, results-oriented way of working • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
