📋 Description
• Participate in the architectural design process through to execution planning (service phases 1–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit • Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities • Integrate and coordinate specialist/trade models • Closely collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or vocational qualification as a drafting technician with a specialization in BIM modeling in Revit • Several years of professional experience in planning (service phases 3–5, HOAI) • Confident user of BIM-specific CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
