B&O Bau is the construction and service arm of the B&O Gruppe focused on sustainable housing. It specializes in energetic renovation and full modernization of residential buildings, as well as new construction of multi-storey housing in timber and timber-hybrid systems, using serially produced wood wall elements and bathroom modules to shorten build times. 📋 Description

• Ensuring IT security through implementation of policies, monitoring, and administration of security components • Administration and optimization of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and Microsoft environment) • Responsibility for backup and recovery processes, including testing and optimization • Installation, configuration, and operation of IT systems with a focus on stability and security • Monitoring and analysis of infrastructure and security incidents and implementation of appropriate corrective measures • Planning and execution of IT projects to advance the infrastructure in collaboration with business units and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist) • Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and IT security • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory/EntraID, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, as well as firewall and network configuration • Team player with strong communication skills for working with distributed teams and various stakeholders • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level), and good English skills • Driver’s license Class B
