📋 Description

• Process and manage employee travel expenses • Perform account reconciliations and support general accounting administrative tasks • Control, structure, and organize financial data and documents • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets • Support expense and cost analysis • Contribute to accounting and controlling tasks, including data preparation • Support internal control procedures and ensure administrative compliance • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations • Actively contribute to improving accounting processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in accounting/finance or first working experience in a finance role • Basic accounting knowledge • Proficiency in MS Excel • Detail-oriented, reliable, and independent with a systematic approach to work • Hands-on mentality and practical problem-solving skills • Responsible handling of confidential information, maintaining discretion and high professional standards • Fluent in German and English, minimum B2 level
