📋 Description
• Lead the rollout and ongoing evolution of CORE and Field Spot • Establish best practices and mentoring business analysts • Engage with senior stakeholders across product lines, regions, and functions to understand strategic operational challenges • Translate complex business strategy and operational needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria • Drive accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery through rigorous tracking
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience • Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring analysts • Proven ability to communicate with confidence and influence • Advanced expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog strategy, and Agile delivery at scale • Experience leading or scaling BA functions within large-scale digital transformation or harmonization initiatives • Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, etc.)
