📋 Description

• Serves as the technical representative for clients, providing technical management of specific client needs • Ensure client satisfaction • Manages assigned field staff in completion of a variety of real estate due diligence services • Monitor, prioritize, and track work progress • Provide quality control reviews and technical editing of reports generated by field staff • Communicates with clients and immediate supervisor to discuss and develop solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field • Minimum of five years of related experience • In lieu of degree, eight years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • Current AHERA, Asbestos Inspector Certification, or OSHA-40-hour certification preferred • Experience required with NEPA report preparation and regulations, EAs, EISs, Phase I/II, etc. • Familiarity with national and local regs including RCRA and NEPA required
