📋 Description

• Engage with clients in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner through our live chat platform • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to resolve complex queries • Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain our high standard of service • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in a live chat environment • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in using digital communication tools • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting • A dedicated and quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable but not essential • Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management sector would be an advantage
