⢠Accurately entering customer and company order information into internal databases and systems. ⢠Reviewing orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. ⢠Verifying customer information, pricing details, quantities, and product specifications. ⢠Updating order records and maintaining accurate digital documentation. ⢠Monitoring order status and communicating updates when necessary. ⢠Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or incomplete information. ⢠Processing order modifications, cancellations, and adjustments as required. ⢠Maintaining organized records of transactions, correspondence, and order-related documentation. ⢠Collaborating with customer service, operations, and administrative teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. ⢠Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
