📋 Description

• Overseeing the management and performance of the SBA loan portfolio. • Collaborating with internal business partners to ensure effective portfolio management. • Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Driving portfolio performance, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with SBA regulations. • Supporting assigned portfolio of loans/relationships with a concentration in 7(a) lending products. • Collecting and assessing loan exceptions, managing past due payments, and escalating potential problems. • Preparing quarterly Problem Loan Reports and participating in compliance and line reporting as needed. • Analyzing and monitoring business performance and facilitating servicing actions for borrowers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree within Business/Finance or equivalent transferrable experience – required. • 5+ years of experience in SBA loan underwriting, analysis, or portfolio management – required. • Knowledge of Small Business Administration 7a, Express, Capline, and 504 loan programs. • Loan portfolio management and oversight. • Familiarity with loan documentation. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • SBA standard operating procedures, lending policies, and GGL compliance standards. • Microsoft Office Suite, nCino, Docusign.
