📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents. • Gather essential information regarding accidents and potential legal representation needs. • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients. • Explain legal processes and procedures and provide information about the firm's services. • Answer client queries and collect/document details for attorney case evaluation. • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while navigating and updating electronic systems. • Prioritize and promptly address urgent client needs. • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal standards. • Organize and update client information for legal professionals. • Use Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data. • Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression. • Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with case management software is a plus. • Genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor. • Availability to work weekday shifts of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time. • Availability to work weekend shifts may be required.
