📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents • Gather essential accident and legal representation information • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during client interactions • Explain legal processes and procedures • Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries • Collect and document details for attorney case evaluation • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Navigate and update electronic systems while speaking with clients • Prioritize urgent client needs • Maintain accurate and confidential client records • Organize and update client information • Use Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data • Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals • Collaborate with the legal team to support case progression • Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with case management software is a plus • Compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to assist clients • Availability to work weekend shifts may be required • Availability for weekday shifts of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time
