📋 Description

• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence • Organize and maintain case files • Support discovery by gathering and summarizing evidence, organizing responses, and creating discovery binders • Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, appointments, and hearings • Communicate with clients, provide case-progress updates, and assist with inquiries • Prepare trial materials, including exhibits and trial binders • Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to support efficient litigation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Prior experience working in a U.S. legal environment is required • Experience in personal injury law is preferred • Experience in employment law is a strong plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer-service-oriented approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with legal research databases is preferred • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members in a fast-paced environment
