⢠Develop and implement progressive identities across brands and products, establishing core positioning, tone, and voice while onboarding team members to your vision. ⢠Translate complex business goals and product features into compelling, cohesive brand narratives and visual identities. ⢠Define and drive the creative approach to paid social channels, focusing sharply on high-performing Meta and TikTok advertising. ⢠Strategise the evolution of our organic social media presence, focusing on rapid growth and community engagement across Instagram and TikTok. ⢠Architect the "big ideas," visual hooks, and core messaging frameworks for major product launches and marketing campaigns. ⢠Direct the creation of foundational brand copy, including high-converting website landing pages, key product positioning assets, and high-stakes pitch or investor presentations. ⢠Lead the conceptualisation, storyboarding, and scripting for high-performing paid ads and organic video content. ⢠Develop templates, hooks, and scalable frameworks for shorter-form assets (social media, newsletters, and collateral) to be seamlessly executed by the wider team. ⢠Monitor and ensure the creative and content team's output meets exceptionally high brand standards while providing ongoing training and constructive feedback. ⢠Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for the brand's visual and textual style, ensuring consistency across every single touchpoint. ⢠Collaborate closely with operations, social, and analytics teams to design and maintain efficient workflows for content creation and rapid asset iteration.
⢠15+ years of communications experience. ⢠2+ years of experience marketing to a Gen Z audience in the UK and South Africa. ⢠Experience defining and driving the creative direction for high-performing, high-conversion Meta campaigns. ⢠2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and elevating a communications team. ⢠Experience creating and launching new brand identities alongside visual and creative teams. ⢠Expert-level knowledge of TikTok and Instagram. ⢠Strong capability to shift seamlessly from high-level brand narratives to high-converting landing pages, scripts, and pitches. ⢠Bonus if you also have: ⢠2+ years of experience defining and driving the creative direction for high-performing, high-conversion Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. ⢠Deep understanding of South African bush careers, the field guiding industry, and the wildlife conservation industry. ⢠2+ years of experience marketing to a Gen Z audience in the US and EU. ⢠5+ years of experience within a fast-paced, agency-like marketing environment. ⢠Clear experience managing crisis communications. ⢠Experience utilising AI tools to enhance ideation, refine messaging tone, and drive maximum efficiency across multi-channel communication strategies. ⢠Experience working operationally on Trello.
