Bushwise also provides recruitment and placement services for lodges and wildlife employers, onsite training and IFGA assessments, career advice, and runs events, webinars and open days. It supports students with accreditation (CATHSSETA), financial aid guidance, and a foundation offering grants and discounts.

📋 Description

• Manage and update the company website using Wix, including new page creation and CMS management • Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements to maximise website performance • Review and manage social media engagement, ensuring brand consistency • Design digital graphics, presentations, signage and print marketing materials • Coordinate photographers and videographers while managing the digital asset library • Write and edit marketing copy for websites, email campaigns and promotional materials • Build and send email campaigns using HubSpot • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role • Strong working knowledge of Wix, Google Ads and Meta Ads • Practical SEO experience (on-page and technical) • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design skills • Comfortable coordinating photographers/videographers and experienced in basic photo/video editing • Excellent copywriting and communication skills • Experience with HubSpot is advantageous • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Experience within the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred
