📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end annual business planning and budgeting process. • Forecast, optimise, and control global group working capital requirements. • Independently produce statutory-ready financial documentation. • Architect and manage international tax strategies across global geographies. • Oversee multi-jurisdictional payroll operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant designation. • 5+ years of experience in a Head of Finance or Finance Director role. • 7+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring a remote finance team. • Understanding of multi-currency financial operations. • Proven ability in statutory reporting and international tax compliance.
